Who We Are
Frostbite Bakery was founded by Islander, Ellie and her mum Louisa in January 2015 and specialises in buttercream & ganache cakes. All of our bakes are made in small batches, by hand, in our home bakery.

"Amazing amazing wedding cake! Thank you so much for the most beautiful cake! The service was excellent and all of our guests were wowed by the cake and thought it was delicious. We had so many comments about it and were very happy. The communication was also excellent to the point that the ladies at Frostbite bakery spoke to our florist and in doing so reminded us we had forgotten to order extra flowers for the cakes!
