“Delicious cake jars”
We decided to use Frostbite Bakery after tasting Ellie's & Louisa’s delicious cake jars at a friend's wedding. They have been fantastic in guiding us towards the perfect design and flavours for our wedding cake. It tasted amazing and also the leftovers froze really well so we're continuing to enjoy it months after. We would highly recommend Frostbite Bakery for any event requiring delicious cakes.

“I can’t wait until next year!”
Thank you so much for the cake you made for my little boys 1st birthday. Nothing was to much trouble even though I changed my mind a couple of times about the flavours etc of the cake. Plus, to top it off, it was allergen free so he could have some birthday cake! Which looked and tasted amazing!

Quite simply WOW, we met Ellie & Louisa at one of the wedding fairs and kept trying the delicious samples they had to offer. We then had the hard decision to choose from the numerous flavours which were on offer, we decided on chocolate orange, rhubarb and lemon meringue. Ellie kept in contact with us about base colours, adding flowers on the edge of the cake and delivery. On the day we were amazed how beautiful it was, almost to good to cut or even eat but we pushed through and everyone loved it. We even had two lunchbox size bits of cake which have come along on our mini-moon. Thank you again, would highly recommend!

“Brilliant, professional service”
Amazing amazing wedding cake! Thank you so much for the most beautiful cake! The service was excellent and all of our guests were wowed by the cake and thought it was delicious. We had so many comments about it and were very happy. The communication was also excellent to the point that the ladies at Frostbite bakery spoke to our florist and in doing so reminded us we had forgotten to order extra flowers for the cakes! “Even the snow couldn’t stop them!”
Frostbite Bakery made our wedding cake for Sunday 18th March 2018 and all I can say is wow! When we walked in and saw it set up we were amazed and couldn’t wait to eat it. Ellie & Louisa are lovely and extremely good at their jobs. They even managed to get the cake to the venue despite the snow that we awoke to on the day.
